These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lagunaslandscaping.com (the "Site"), operated by Lagunas Landscape & Construction ("Lagunas," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.
Lagunas provides hardscaping, landscaping, and outdoor living services, including paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and 3D landscape design, serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
Pricing, timelines, and project details shown on the Site, including example price ranges and past project descriptions, are for general information only and are not binding offers. All work is performed under a separate written estimate or contract signed by both parties, which controls over anything on this Site. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and may change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope.
3D design packages are a paid service governed by the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Design fees, deliverables, revision counts, and any credit of design fees toward a construction project are as described in your design agreement or invoice.
By submitting a form or providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.
All content on the Site, including text, photos, 3D renderings, designs, logos, and layouts, belongs to Lagunas or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. 3D designs and renderings we prepare remain our property until any applicable design fees are paid in full, and may not be used to obtain bids from other contractors unless your design agreement says otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or scraping its content.
The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as scheduling, payment, or review platforms). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their practices.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Project photos and renderings are examples; results vary by site conditions, materials, and scope. Warranties on completed construction work, if any, are stated in your written contract, not on this Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lagunas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of a signed construction contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
